Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jajpur for an Assistant Branch Manager. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, and work to ensure the achievement of financial and operational goals. Responsibilities include supervising loan disbursements, managing customer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members and fostering a positive work environment to achieve the branch's objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, credit appraisal, and business development in the financial or housing loan industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in team management, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in the housing finance sector.
- Analytical skills to assess financial data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
- Prior experience working in semi-urban or rural markets is an added advantage.
