Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager located in Haveri. Responsibilities include managing daily branch operations, overseeing loan disbursements, leading a team to meet branch targets, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The Assistant Branch Manager will regularly interact with clients, address their needs, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Other duties include monitoring collections, maintaining records, and supporting the branch in achieving its business goals effectively.

- Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of financial products, microfinance operations, and credit management
- Analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to new challenges
- Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in financial services or microfinance, with a preference for previous supervisory roles
