Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for an Assistant Bodyshop Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing daily bodyshop operations, coordinating with the workshop team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing aftersales service processes efficiently. The role involves monitoring and improving workflow, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely service delivery while adhering to brand and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing Workshops and Body Shops, with a focus on process optimization.
- Ability to ensure high standards of Customer Satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with teams and customers.
- Proficiency in managing Aftersales operations and delivering exceptional support.
- Leadership qualities and organizational skills to manage teams and workflow efficiently.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
