Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Ranchi. The Assistant will support daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, maintaining records, and handling basic documentation. The role will involve coordinating with students, trainers, and internal teams, assisting with course logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of classes and internship-related activities. The Assistant will help respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions, and may assist with basic data entry and report preparation. The position also includes supporting event coordination, maintaining organized filing systems, and contributing to a professional and welcoming learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle daily administrative and coordination tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with students, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and online meeting platforms).
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi with a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
- Customer service mindset, with patience and empathy when addressing student queries and supporting their learning journey.
- Prior experience in an administrative, coordination, or academic support role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
