Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Mysore. The Assistant will be responsible for administrative coordination, supporting day-to-day operations, managing schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. The role may also include facilitating meetings, maintaining data records, and assisting in the execution of special projects, ensuring timely and organized completion of tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills for handling schedules, deadlines, and tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for accurate reporting and efficient operations management
- Technical skills, including proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets), and familiarity with other digital tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
