Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Chennai. The Assistant will provide day-to-day operational support, manage schedules and communication, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate meetings and events. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with other team activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficient time management for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills for handling schedules, meeting coordination, and administrative duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software
- Attention to detail and ability to perform data entry, record maintenance, and reporting tasks with accuracy
- Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities for managing multiple tasks and addressing challenges in a dynamic environment
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all communication and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in administrative or assistant roles is a plus
