Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Madurai. As an Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, organizing events, and handling communications. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members, provide customer service, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures. This role requires exceptional time management and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in communication and coordination for managing meetings and ensuring efficient workflows
- Strong customer service skills to assist internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in office productivity tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email software
- Ability to work in a team-focused and collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field
- Experience in education or a related sector is an added advantage
