Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant at Synapse Wellness India Pvt Ltd. The role is based in Pune but offers the flexibility of working partially from home. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the team with various other tasks related to operational and organizational activities.
Qualifications
- Proficient in administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record keeping, and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills for coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Basic proficiency in office software tools, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and email platforms
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation
- Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in administrative roles
