Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Nasik. The Assistant will provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily processes. Tasks include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, handling correspondence, and assisting in various operations as needed. The role also involves supporting cross-functional teams and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of operational processes and the ability to support logistics and supply chain tasks
- Proficiency with office and productivity software, such as Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in industrial, construction, or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred
