Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at Shagun Enterprise, located in Junagadh City. The Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as administrative support, document organization, coordinating schedules, and providing assistance with office operations. Responsibilities also include communicating with clients, addressing queries, and supporting team members to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage documentation, schedules, and office coordination
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients
- Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and email management
- Time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Prior experience in a similar role or familiarity with office operations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or specialized training will be considered advantageous
