Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Kochi. The Assistant will perform a range of administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing documents, coordinating with team members, and supporting day-to-day operations. The role also involves liaising with clients and ensuring effective communication between internal teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including document management and scheduling
- Proficiency in communication and coordination, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and strong time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the marine or automation industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
