Role Description The Assistant role at Monika Alcobev Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. The Assistant will support daily office operations, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and logistics, and maintaining records and documentation. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, handling email and phone correspondence, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups. The Assistant will help organize events, review basic data, assist in vendor coordination, and support senior team members with administrative and operational tasks as needed. This position requires a proactive, organized individual who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to efficient office workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including calendar management, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic data entry or reporting skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle professional correspondence and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Relevant prior experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office coordination role is preferred.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; training or coursework in business administration or office management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with FMCG or alco-beverage industry operations is a plus but not mandatory.
