Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role as an Assistant based in Mumbai, allowing a combination of in-office work and select work-from-home opportunities. The Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, manage schedules and communications, support the team with documentation, and coordinate meetings. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, managing correspondence, and providing organizational support to ensure smooth, efficient operations. The Assistant will work closely with senior team members to facilitate project management and ensure the delivery of objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage schedules, records, and multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication for handling correspondence and collaborating with team members
- Experience with document management, scheduling software, and basic office tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and solve problems efficiently
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams in a hybrid work environment
- A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in administrative roles is an advantage
