Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Vadodara. The Assistant will provide administrative and operational support, manage day-to-day tasks, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities include scheduling and organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, following up on client requests, and supporting general office management tasks to ensure smooth workflow and communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Familiarity with financial services or insurance industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
