Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Chennai. The Assistant will provide administrative support, coordinate daily office operations, manage schedules, organize meetings, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include documentation, data management, and assisting with project-related tasks to ensure smooth operations across various departments.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including time management and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to manage documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Problem-solving, adaptability, and a proactive approach to handling tasks and challenges.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, office management, or a related field.
