Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Kanayannur. The Assistant will provide administrative and operational support across various departments, ensuring the efficient execution of day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, organizing and maintaining records and files, coordinating communication between team members, and assisting in project management tasks. Additionally, this role involves supporting organizational processes, handling correspondence, and ensuring timely and effective documentation. Collaboration and proactive engagement with stakeholders will be key components of the job.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence management
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination
- Basic understanding of project management processes and tools
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the manufacturing or machining industry will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
