Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant will support day-to-day administrative operations, handle clerical tasks, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing documents, coordinating meetings, and supporting team members with required administrative assistance. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and file organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and client interactions
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with office software tools including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a support or administrative role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
