Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support daily operations at our Delhi, India office. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating projects, handling administrative tasks, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the digital printing process. The role requires multitasking abilities and collaboration with team members across various departments to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and time management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within teams and with clients
- Knowledge of digital printing processes, print-on-demand technology, and customization methods is preferred
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and digital design tools, is a plus
- Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation
- Experience in project coordination and office support is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered
