Role Description The Assistant role at Delhiver Logistics is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Assistant will support daily logistics operations, including data entry, documentation, and coordination of shipments and deliveries. This role involves maintaining records, preparing basic reports, and assisting with communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners. The Assistant will help track consignments, follow up on pending tasks, and escalate issues to supervisors when needed. The position also includes general administrative support such as scheduling, filing, and assisting with office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Comfort working with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word-processing software, email, and basic data systems).
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated reliability, professional conduct, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or administrative support is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Completed secondary education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
