Role Description The Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Peenya Industrial Area in Bengaluru. The Assistant will support day-to-day operations, including maintaining records, preparing basic documentation, and coordinating with production, stores, and administration teams. Responsibilities may include data entry, filing, assisting with inventory tracking, and supporting purchase or dispatch activities as needed. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and escalating issues to supervisors when required. The Assistant is expected to follow company procedures, maintain a safe and orderly work environment, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in office tools and software (e.g., MS Office, email) and ability to manage physical and digital records accurately.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills to support multiple teams and priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem solving and task completion.
- Ability to work on-site in an industrial environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and follow safety and quality procedures.
- Minimum high school diploma; a diploma or degree in commerce, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or office support role is an advantage but not mandatory for motivated entry-level applicants.
