Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in New Delhi. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, coordinating and organizing art classes, maintaining schedules, and assisting with studio activities. Additionally, the role entails providing excellent support to students and instructors, managing studio supplies, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the studio. The Assistant will also help in promoting classes and events and maintaining the artistic ambiance of the space.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing schedules and events
- Interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, instructors, and clients
- Basic knowledge or a keen interest in arts, painting, and creative fields
- Ability to manage inventory, studio supplies, and maintain workspace order
- Customer service skills to address inquiries and provide assistance to clients
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for handling administrative tasks
- Experience in event coordination or studio management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in a related field is desirable
