Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Assistant to join our team at Arora Nursing Home. This is an on-site role based in Phillaur Tehsil. The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including day-to-day patient care support, maintaining records, assisting with administrative duties, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operational functions of the facility. The role requires a dedication to teamwork and a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage records and schedules effectively
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in office software tools
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Empathy, patience, and a caring approach in assisting and interacting with patients
- Prior experience in a healthcare or administrative role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare or administration is advantageous
