Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. The Assistant will provide administrative support to the team, handle documentation, coordinate schedules, manage communications, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Responsibilities also include liaising with clients, assisting in project coordination, organizing meetings, managing records, and providing general office support as needed. The role requires efficient multitasking capabilities, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail to contribute to the company’s success.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software
- Ability to coordinate schedules, manage documents, and maintain accurate records
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented attitude
- Experience in administrative support or assistant roles is preferred
- Capability to work independently as well as in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with real estate operations or customer service experience is advantageous
