Role Description The Assistant role at AEROPLAST INDUSTRIES is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik. The Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing documents. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing basic reports, supporting data entry activities, and coordinating with internal teams for meetings and follow-ups. The role involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts in a professional manner. The Assistant will also help with basic financial or operational documentation, assist in organizing files (physical and digital), and support managers with tasks such as preparing presentations and tracking routine activities.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities, including calendar management, file organization, and handling correspondence.
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation applications).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor in person and over the phone.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and basic report preparation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently as well as in coordination with a team.
- Comfort working in an on-site office environment and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Previous experience in an administrative, office assistant, or coordination role is an advantage.
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
