Role Description
PES University invites applications for full-time, on-site Assistant/Associate Professors in Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML). Based in Bengaluru, this role involves delivering high-quality instruction in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, conducting innovative research, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional responsibilities include guiding student projects, publishing research papers, and participating in academic activities that align with the university’s mission and vision.
Qualifications
- As per AICTE. Doctoral degree (PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or equivalent field is required.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and affiliated domains. Knowledge of AI in Embedded Systems and AI in Manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
- Demonstrated ability in conducting academic research and publishing in reputed journals or conferences.
- Excellent teaching, mentorship, and communication skills to engage and inspire students.
- Experience in curriculum design, academic planning, and collaborative research projects is an advantage.
