Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant/Associate Professor- Department of Computer Science, based in Bhiwani. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging academic content, conducting lectures, managing coursework, and supervising research and practical sessions. The role also involves mentoring students, participating in curriculum development, contributing to academic research, collaborating on projects, and fostering an environment of innovation and academic growth within the institution.
Qualifications
- Subject-matter expertise and proficiency in teaching, lecturing, and curriculum development
- Strong research abilities and experience with publishing academic papers and journals
- Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with technology-driven teaching methodologies and tools
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university (mandatory)
- Prior teaching experience in a higher education institute is highly desirable
- Ability to guide research projects and mentor students effectively
- Additional experience in conference presentations, workshops, or industry collaboration is an advantage
