Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Assistant Area Sales Manager. The responsibilities include driving sales growth by managing and supporting a team, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. The role also entails developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and fostering partnerships to achieve targets. The Assistant Area Sales Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of Affordplan's products and services.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation and customer relationship management
- Strong analytical abilities for problem-solving and market research
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation
- Experience in the healthcare or fintech industry will be an advantage
- A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
