Role Overview
An opportunity is available for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations and drive revenue growth within a healthcare services ecosystem.
The role involves managing sales teams, strengthening relationships with healthcare partners, and ensuring the achievement of regional business targets. The selected candidate will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance, analyzing data insights, and supporting operational coordination with partner hospitals.
The organization operates within the healthcare financial services sector, focusing on solutions that improve patient engagement and accessibility to medical services.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop area sales strategies and quotas aligned with overall business objectives
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned region
• Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare partners and customers
• Identify hiring needs and recruit, train, and mentor sales executives
• Monitor daily MIS reports and product performance metrics across branches
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for business review and planning
• Support operational coordination, including reconciliation with partner hospitals
• Ensure effective team performance, retention, and productivity management
Candidate Requirements
• Strong experience in B2C sales environments such as financial services, insurance, retail, telecom, healthcare services, or similar sectors
• Experience managing sales teams and regional performance targets
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance data
• Experience in team performance management, retention, and attrition control
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive business growth initiatives
