Job Description-
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Architect with strong experience in liaisoning work related to municipal approvals and online building plan submissions. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of municipal drawings as per UDCPR and hands-on experience with BPMS systems.
Key Responsibilities-
- Preparation and submission of architectural drawings through BPMS platforms for approvals
- Coordination and follow-up with municipal authorities for building plan approvals, NOCs, and related permissions
- Preparation of municipal drawings in compliance with UDCPR norms and guidelines
- Assisting senior architects in documentation, compliance, and submission processes
- Maintaining project records, drawings, and approval status
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and local authorities as required
- Handling TP client work and BPMS tracing of municipal drawings
Required Skills-
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of BPMS online systems
- Strong understanding of UDCPR and municipal drawing requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience-
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in liaisoning and municipal submission work
Salary-
- As per industry standards and based on experience
