Job Description – Junior Admission Counsellor
Position: Junior Admission Counsellor
Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Resolve student queries effectively and provide accurate information.
- Maintain student lead data and update CRM/Excel records regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for application processing and enrollment.
- Achieve daily/weekly follow-up and admission targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in interacting with students and parents.
- Strong query-handling and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, customer support, or sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication.
- Energetic, presentable, and self-motivated.
