Job Title: Accountant – Real Estate
Location: Mohali
Experience: 4-5 Years
Job OverviewWe are currently hiring for an Accountant role for a real estate business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations, handling multiple transactions, and maintaining financial records accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end accounting operations
- Manage and record multiple financial transactions on a daily basis
- Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
- Manage invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
- Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding payments and queries
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial documentation
- Work closely with internal teams for financial reporting
Requirements- Hands-on experience in real estate accounting preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes
- Expertise in Tally (must be highly proficient – 8/10 or above)
- Good understanding of invoicing, billing, and payment cycles
- Strong communication skills and confidence in handling calls and coordination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills- Experience in handling high-volume transactions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
