Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Accountant role based in Jaipur. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, handling invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Other responsibilities include performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget preparation, and managing payroll processes. The role requires close collaboration with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Additionally, the individual will assist with audits and provide support in financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Experience in managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software and tool.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and tax laws
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent are a plus
