Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, compliance, and reporting. This is a hands-on role with ownership of accounts and close interaction with management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L, and audit schedules
- Manage payroll, PF/ESI filings, and vendor payments
- Support IRDAI-related accounting and reconciliations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of GST and TDS compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter / CMA Inter is a plus)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Nice to Have
- Experience in insurance, NBFC, or financial services
- Familiarity with IRDAI compliance
- Experience coordinating with auditors
