Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Accountant Executive who will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, vendor payments, expense management, and maintaining financial records accurately. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally and basic accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and maintain day-to-day company expenses and financial records.
- Manage vendor accounts and process vendor payments on time.
- Maintain purchase, payment, and expense entries in Tally.
- Verify bills, invoices, and payment documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payment-related queries.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and account statements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support the Finance Manager in daily accounting and finance operations.
- Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and financial data management.
- Follow company financial policies and compliance procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to good knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
- Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
