Role Description
The Assistant Accountant at AceOne Universal Tech Pvt Ltd will be responsible for assisting in the management of financial records, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports. The role includes supporting budget planning, monitoring expenses, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram, where the individual will work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping
- Experience with financial software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications for data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with numerical data
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Relevant work experience in finance or accounting; experience in equipment or technology industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is required; certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
