Position: Assistant Manager/Manager - Public Relations
Location: Noida, Sector 142 (On-site)
Employment: Full-Time
Experience: 4-6 years (agency experience required)
The Reppro a fast-growing PR and communications agency is looking for a passionate Assistant Account Manager to join our team. You’ll work on campaigns that spark conversations, collaborate with renowned brands, and sharpen your PR expertise in a dynamic, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic PR plans to suit the portfolio of our clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant media outlets, journalists and industry stakeholders
* Craft engaging press releases, compelling pitches, and other communication content such as Opeds, authored contributions, etc.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR efforts with marketing, social media, and content strategies
* Monitor industry trends and leverage insights to enhance PR strategies
* Identify timely PR opportunities for clients
* Measure and report on the impact and effectiveness of PR campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results
*Lead and mentor a team to drive success
What We’re Looking For
* 4 - 6 years of experience in PR.
* Bachelor's degree in mass communication, Journalism, PR, English
* Strong English language proficiency
* Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Existing media network is a plus
