Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for the role of Assistant Account Manager. The Assistant Account Manager will provide support in managing client accounts, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Responsibilities include assisting in project coordination, tracking deadlines, preparing reports, analyzing client needs, and supporting the development of strategic account plans. The incumbent will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency in project coordination and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and address client needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a client-first approach
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
