🚀 Hiring: Assistant Manager - Finance/Accounting Manufacturing (Marg ERP Expert)

🎓 Qualification: MBA Finance / CA Dropout
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our organization. If you have strong expertise in budgetary control, MIS reporting, and Marg ERP, this is an excellent opportunity to make a strategic impact.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Core Financial Operations
Manage end-to-end transactions (Purchases, Sales, Payments) in Marg ERP
Oversee inventory valuation, WIP, and manufacturing cost control
Handle cash flow, banking, reconciliations, and vendor payments
2. Budgeting & Variance Analysis
Prepare annual budgets & CAPEX plans
Conduct monthly variance analysis (Actual vs Budget)
Provide actionable insights & cost optimization strategies
3. MIS & Financial Reporting
Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow statements
Develop MIS dashboards for manufacturing KPIs
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS & statutory regulations
4. Process Automation & Controls
Optimize ERP usage to automate workflows
Strengthen SOPs and internal financial controls

✔ Strong experience in manufacturing finance
✔ Advanced proficiency in Marg ERP (Purchase, Sale, Inventory, Production)
✔ Expertise in Financial Planning & Budgetary Control
✔ Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Automation)
