Role Description
The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely communication with clients, managing accounts efficiently, and supporting business development efforts. Tasks include preparing and delivering reports, maintaining client satisfaction by addressing queries, monitoring sales performance, and assisting in strategy development. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management, Relationship Building, and Customer Retention
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and report preparation
- Clear communication and negotiation skills to facilitate client interactions
- Knowledge or experience in sales, business development, or related fields
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
