Job Description – Assistant Account Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to support client servicing, vendor coordination, reporting, and operational execution across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The role requires strong administrative capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple coordination activities efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling vendor follow-ups, preparing reports and MIS dashboards, supporting client meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day client servicing and operational activities.
- Handle administrative tasks, documentation, reporting, and MIS management.
- Maintain and update trackers, dashboards, and operational reports regularly.
- Coordinate with vendors and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely execution of work.
- Review vendor reports and verify completion status before closure of tasks.
- Support in preparing presentations, reports, and client review documents.
- Attend client meetings and provide necessary operational and reporting support.
- Ensure accurate and timely data availability for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct regular calls with vendors and stakeholders to track project progress.
- Identify recurring operational or maintenance issues and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to process standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth coordination and issue resolution.
Skills & Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Operations Coordination, Admin Support, MIS, or Client Servicing roles.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Good understanding of Admin activities, Reporting, and MIS management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
