Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Account Executive located in Chennai. The Assistant Account Executive will be responsible for supporting client account management processes, preparing reports and presentations, liaising with clients to address queries, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining effective communication across departments and contributing to the preparation and filing of finance or compliance-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of account management, client interaction, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- Experience with report preparation, data analysis, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in communication, teamwork, and time management for collaborative environments
- Familiarity with accounting processes, including compliance, auditing, financial documentation, and market research
- Hands-on experience with popular software applications like Excel, Microsoft Office, and management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, administrative support, or related areas is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
