Role Description
We are hiring for the role of Assistant Account Executive for an advisory firm based at One World, SV Road, Malad West, Mumbai Maharashtra 400064.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for candidates looking to build strong exposure in taxation, startup advisory, compliance, and client servicing within a professional advisory environment, including working with startup and fintech clients
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, MIS, and finalisation
3. Experience in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
4. Exposure to startup advisory, VC reporting, ESOPs, and fundraising support will be an added advantage.
5. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and related accounting tools.
6. Prior experience working in an advisory or Chartered Accountant firm will be preferred.
7. Qualification: B. Com / M. Com; CA candidates preferred
Role Responsibilities:
• Assisting in VC reporting, investor reporting, and fund raise support activities
• Preparing MIS reports, financial analysis, and business performance reports for clients
• Supporting startup and fintech clients with accounting, compliance, and advisory requirements
• Assisting in ESOP accounting and related compliance support
• Managing GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance-related activities
• Assisting in preparation and finalisation of financial statements
• Handling day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, and bank reconciliations
• Coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely compliance and reporting
