Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor based in Bhubaneswar. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing course materials, mentoring students, and evaluating academic performance. Additional responsibilities include participating in academic research, contributing to curriculum development, and taking part in departmental and institutional activities aimed at enhancing educational outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in the subject area relevant to engineering disciplines
- Strong teaching, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to engage in academic research and contribute to scholarly publications
- Proficiency in curriculum planning and course development
- Commitment to mentoring and guiding students in their academic pursuits
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Engineering or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and tools is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in a similar academic role or relevant teaching experience is a plus
