Key responsibilities:
1. Provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals
2. Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts
3. Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle. Your main focus is ensuring absolute profitability for your assigned hotel ownerships, continuously innovating and unlocking new avenues for value creation.
4. Drive budgets for US hotel ownership and create/innovate additional value for each assigned hotel
5. Lead bi-weekly strategy calls with each of your designated hotels
Tools - salesforce/Slack additional advantage
6. Team management/leadership/handling 5-6 people
Excel advance knowledge/Google suite advance
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience,
2. Strong ability to leverage technology and CRM to shorten the sales cycle
3. Persuasive communication skills and ability to effectively communicate the value of your work and results to hotel clients
4. Must be a collaborative team player eager to contribute and learn from others
5. Aptitude for and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment seeking continuous improvement

1. Available to work from Pune office (from Monday to Friday) and shift timing will be 5PM to 3AM/7PM to 5AM
2. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a high level of initiative. Also, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
4. Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in hotel industry
5. Excellent written and verbal English skills—whether it’s making a compelling phone pitch, writing business proposals, creating general correspondence, or generating reports.
