Job Title: Learning & Development Associate

Role Summary

Kickstart your career in the financial services industry by supporting our Training & Investments team. You’ll coordinate webinars, manage data, and ensure smooth execution of learning programs that empower professionals across the network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate webinars: invites, registrations, live support, and recordings.
  • Create and manage registration, feedback, and survey forms.
  • Maintain participant data and prepare simple MIS reports.
  • Communicate with attendees and manage follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing training decks and handouts.
