Job details:
- Technical Asset Management (Performance Optimization):
- Monitoring daily energy production, performance ratios, and equipment availability, particularly for inverters and panels.
- Overseeing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contractors, ensuring preventive/corrective maintenance is done efficiently.
- Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) on faults to minimize downtime.
- Managing inverter performance and managing spare parts inventory.
- Commercial Asset Management (Financial Performance):
- Managing, tracking, and renewing contracts, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), land leases, and insurance policies.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and statutory regulations (e.g., local permits, environmental regulations).
- Handling financial reporting, including P&L management, cash flow analysis, and preparing tax returns (CIT, VAT, etc.).
- Validating vendor invoices and managing vendor payments.
- Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
- Providing regular reports to investors and owners on plant performance, financial results (e.g., monthly cash balance), and operational incidents.
- Acting as the main point of contact for utility companies, regulators, and land owners.
- Safety and Maintenance Management:
- Implementing security measures to protect the physical assets.
- Enforcing safety policies (e.g., OSHA, local regulations) for on-site personnel.
- Reporting Frequency:
- Monthly reports for cash balance, reforecasts, and plant incidents.
- Quarterly reports for detailed financial statements and contractual deadlines.
- Required Skills:
- Experience with SCADA systems, solar monitoring platforms, and data analysis (Excel, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and solar technology.
- Strong contractual and regulatory knowledge
