About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles as per business requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Understand the hiring needs of various departments and create effective job descriptions. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms. Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers regularly. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Release offer letters and manage onboarding formalities. Work closely with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies. Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company culture and values. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
