Job Description
We are hiring an IT Asset Management Executive (L1) to manage and track IT assets, coordinate with internal IT teams, and ensure smooth asset lifecycle management operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory records
- Track asset allocation, movement, and return process
- Manage IMAC-D activities (Install, Move, Add, Change & Dispose)
- Monitor warranty and AMC details of IT assets
- Coordinate with users and internal IT teams for asset-related activities
- Prepare MIS reports, SLA/KPI reports, and compliance reports
- Track software licenses and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure all asset movements are processed through proper tickets
- Support annual asset verification and audit activities
- Prepare billing-related data and provide billing gap justifications
Required Skills
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management lifecycle
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and asset tracking
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Team player with collaborative working attitude
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in relevant field
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management / IT Operations
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools
- Knowledge of SLA/KPI reporting
- Understanding of software license management
