Role Description
The Assessment Officer role is a multifaceted position that combines responsibilities in immigration process management with a strong focus on social media engagement. The role is integral to managing various immigration-related tasks and fostering communication through diverse channels such as inbound and outbound calls, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). This position plays a critical role in understanding and assess the enquiries for Migration process.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address client queries, provide detailed information, and resolve issues related to immigration and visa processes.
- Actively manage and engage with leads and enquiries on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Respond to comments, messages, and posts in a timely manner, providing accurate information and addressing concerns.
- Monitor social media analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improved client interaction and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement strategies for promoting immigration services across social platforms.
- Maintain high levels of client service and support through effective communication, timely responses, and follow-ups on all queries.
- Document and update client records after each interaction, ensuring that all details of the immigration process are accurately captured.
- Work collaboratively with the immigration team to enhance overall service delivery and meet client satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing and engaging on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is essential.
- Familiarity with social media tools and analytics for tracking engagement and performance.
- Knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and laws is a plus.
- Customer service experience or a related field; freshers with a passion for social media and immigration services are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct research on immigration topics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls to address enquiries.
