𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴
This is a 6-month internship, but the work isn't intern work. From week one, you'll be writing production code for Olbrain Studio — our agentic AI platform currently being deployed to agentify the entire business of a major enterprise client. Your code ships. Your decisions matter. Your bugs hit real systems.
We've structured this as an internship because we believe interviews and resumes can't tell us who can actually build. Six months of working alongside us can. Strong performers convert to full-time Software Engineer roles at the end. Those who don't, won't — and you'll know where you stand well before month 6.
𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱: Of our last batch of 10 interns, 3 have already converted to full-time roles and 2 more are on track. That's the bar. We don't grade on a curve, we don't pad numbers, and we don't keep people we wouldn't hire on merit. If you clear the bar, you're in. If you don't, you'll have spent 6 months building real things alongside serious engineers — which isn't a bad outcome either.
If you're confident in your ability to build and want a real shot at proving it, apply.
𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗢𝗹𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼
